The short answer
The AI Site Assistant is a chat window on your website that answers visitors' questions using only your own content: your pages, price list, service areas and policies. Every answer shows where it came from, and when a question needs a person, it hands the conversation to you. The AI provider's usage fees are billed to your account at cost.
Most website chat widgets either answer from a script nobody keeps current, or answer from whatever the AI model happens to believe. Neither is safe for a business. An assistant that can only repeat what you've published, and says so when it doesn't know, is.
How it behaves
01
It answers from the pages and documents you approve, and from nothing else.
02
Each answer links to the page it came from, so the visitor can check it.
03
Quotes, complaints and anything unusual go to you, with the conversation attached.
04
It won't give advice outside your business, make promises on your behalf or invent prices.
How it runs
We agree which pages and documents it may use, and which questions must always go to a person.
We test it with the real questions your customers ask, including the awkward ones, before anyone else sees it.
Added to your site without slowing it down: the chat loads only when a visitor opens it.
You can read every conversation, and gaps it couldn't answer show you which page to write next.
Price
The AI provider bills usage to your own account at its published rates. We never mark it up.
A chat assistant that answers only from your content, with sources and a hand-off to a person. AI usage billed at cost.
From $4,500
When not to buy this: if your site has only a few pages and visitors rarely ask questions, a clear FAQ and a phone number do the job for free. The assistant earns its keep when the same questions come in every day.
FAQ
It is built to answer only from your approved content and to show the source for each answer, and to say it doesn't know when the content has no answer. No AI system is perfect, which is why every conversation is logged and risky topics go straight to a person.
It depends on how many conversations you get and which model is used. It is billed by the provider to your own account, at cost, and the scoping call gives you an estimate for your traffic.
In accounts in your name. We write down what is stored, for how long, and which provider processes it, so you can describe it accurately in your privacy policy.
No. The chat loads only when a visitor opens it, so pages load as fast as before.
The assistant talks to your website visitors. An AI connector lets assistants your staff already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read your business data. Some businesses want both.

On a free scoping call we map it and tell you straight whether it's worth automating and what it would cost.
