Who this privacy notice covers
This notice explains what information Stewart Code collects through this website, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. "We" means Stewart Code, 425 West Colonial Drive, 101-1009, Orlando, FL 32804, email contact@stewartcode.com. Effective date: October 29, 2026.
The short version: we collect only what you send us or what we need to run the site and bill clients. We don't sell your information, we don't use advertising trackers, and this site sets no analytics cookies.
Information you give us
- Emails you send us: whatever you put in your email, usually your name, website, what you need, budget band and timeline. It is kept in our Proton Mail mailbox. We use it to reply, prepare for a call and keep a record of the conversation.
- Clients and orders: when you pay through Stripe, we keep your name, email, what you bought and your plan status in our database on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), so we can deliver the work, answer billing questions and send your secure Stripe billing link when you ask for it by email.
- Site X-ray: the web address you enter. Our server passes it to Google's PageSpeed Insights to run the test and keeps the result in a short-term cache for up to an hour, so repeat checks are fast. We don't link it to you or keep it after that.
- Client projects: the information you share with us to do the work, handled under your project agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: this site runs no analytics script today. If we add analytics, it will be Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and page speed without cookies and without tracking you across other sites, and we will update this notice first.
- Fonts: our fonts are served from this site, so loading a page sends nothing to a font service.
- Server and security logs: our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Spam check at checkout: starting a Stripe checkout from our pricing page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile reads signals such as your IP address and browser details, and we store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself) to limit repeated tries; see Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Cookies: this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its own pages when you pay or manage billing.

Why we use your information
To answer your inquiry, prepare and deliver services, send invoices and billing links, and keep the site secure. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails with a clear way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address in every message. Unsubscribing never affects service or billing emails you need as a client.
How long we keep information
Emails from people who aren't clients we keep only while we are talking about a possible project. Client and billing records we keep as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing emails, by emailing contact@stewartcode.com. We'll respond within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices, we may need to keep.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice we update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be noted here.
