Automate one workflow, properly

The short answer

What the AI Automation Sprint is

The AI Automation Sprint takes one workflow in your business and automates it end to end, at a fixed price, with a person approving the step where a mistake would cost you. You finish with the automation running, a plain-English runbook, and 30 days of support while it beds in.

One workflow is the point. Owners who try to automate the whole office at once end up with a tangle nobody understands. One job done well pays for itself, shows you what automation is like in your business, and tells you which job to do next.

What you get

Everything in the sprint

01

The workflow, end to end

From the first trigger to the last step, with no "then someone copies it over" in the middle.

  • Connected to the tools you already use where they allow it
  • Tested with real examples from your business
  • Error alerts sent to a person, not into a void

02

An AI step where it helps

AI reads, sorts and drafts. It is used only where it saves time and a rule-based step would not do the job as well.

  • Drafting a first reply from your own wording
  • Sorting inquiries by job type or urgency
  • Pulling details out of emails and forms

03

A human checkpoint

A named person approves the step that carries risk before it goes out.

  • You choose where it sits
  • Approve from your phone
  • Nothing is sent to a customer that you did not plan for

04

Runbook and support

A short document that says what runs, where, what it costs and what to do when something breaks.

  • 30 days of support after go-live
  • All accounts in your name
  • Optional Automation Care after that

Example

What one workflow looks like

A typical first sprint for a trades or home-services company is the lead path. This is an example of scope, not a past client.

Lead arrives

A web form, a quote request or a missed-call text comes in at 9 p.m.

Instant reply

The customer gets a reply in your words within a minute, with a link to book a visit.

Into your CRM

The lead, its source and the job type are filed in your CRM or job software, so nobody retypes it.

Booking

The customer picks a time from your real calendar; the estimator gets the details.

Follow-up

If they do not book, a follow-up goes out on the schedule you approve, and stops the moment they reply.

Text replies go only to people who contacted you and agreed to be texted, with opt-out built in; we set that consent step up as part of the sprint.

Other good first sprints: turning job-completion photos into a review request, building a weekly numbers email from your job software, or sorting supplier invoices into your bookkeeping.

Prices

Fixed price for the sprint, optional monthly care

Software and AI usage fees from the providers are billed to your own accounts at cost. We never mark them up.

How it runs

From call to running automation

Pick the workflow

On the scoping call we choose the one job that costs you the most time or the most lost work.

Write it down

A one-page map of today's steps and tomorrow's, with the checkpoint marked and the price fixed.

Build and test

Built against real, anonymized examples. You try it before any customer does.

Go live and watch

Switched on with you, then 30 days of support while it settles in and your team gets used to it.

Start dates depend on how many builds are already in progress; we run at most two at a time. The sprint length is written on the one-page map, with the fixed price, before you pay.

When not to buy this: if the workflow changes every week, if nobody in the business can say what "done" looks like, or if a free feature in your existing software already does it. We check for that last one first.

FAQ

Questions about the AI Automation Sprint

Which tools can you connect?

Most tools with a published API or a supported integration: common CRMs, calendars, email, forms, spreadsheets, accounting and job-management software. If a tool has no way in, we tell you on the scoping call before you pay.

What happens if the AI gets something wrong?

That is what the human checkpoint is for. The risky step waits for a person to approve it, and every run is logged so you can see what happened and why.

Is my customer data sent to an AI company?

Only the fields the AI step needs, through the provider's business service in your account. We write down exactly what is sent in the runbook, and we can keep sensitive fields out of the AI step entirely.

What is Automation Care?

An optional monthly plan for automations we built: monitoring, fixes when a connected tool changes, and small adjustments. It is shown in the prices above, and you can run the automation without it.

Can I automate a second workflow later?

Yes. Each workflow is its own sprint with its own fixed price, so you only commit to the next one once the first is working.

On a free scoping call we map it and tell you straight whether it's worth automating and what it would cost.
